Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Eliseu Mourinho started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting Clube Patrício's goalkeeper Almiro Setúbal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Waldir Urbano took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Almiro Setúbal. Almiro Setúbal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 7 minutes of play, Tasso FC's Waldir Urbano made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Almiro Setúbal was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Miguel Sequeira fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tasso FC's protests and gave Miguel Sequeira a yellow card for diving instead. Miguel Sequeira hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Silverio Corderun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Mourinho in the 16th minute of the match. Waldir Urbano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Almiro Setúbal having to make a save. Sporting Clube Patrício's Almiro Setúbal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Urbano in the 18th minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match, Eliseu Mourinho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Silverio Corderun saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Almiro Setúbal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldir Urbano, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Almiro Setúbal came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Tasso FC's Waldir Urbano. But to his dismay, Waldir Urbano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 27th minute, Waldir Urbano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Almiro Setúbal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Waldir Urbano might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Almiro Setúbal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Waldir Urbano ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Waldir Urbano in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Almiro Setúbal saved Sporting Clube Patrício from getting behind. Almiro Setúbal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldir Urbano, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38th match minute, Sporting Clube Patrício was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albertino Anjos to maneuver through the defense. In the 41stth minute of the game Waldir Urbano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting Clube Patrício's Almiro Setúbal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tasso FC were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Sporting Clube Patrício's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Miguel Sequeira took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Severi Nybacka heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Almiro Setúbal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Waldir Urbano went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Waldir Urbano made a kick off. When Tasso FC's Waldir Urbano in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sporting Clube Patrício's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Waldir Urbano in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Almiro Setúbal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jiang Gang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafael Sá made in the 65th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Bruno Serpa. Waldir Urbano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Almiro Setúbal skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Almiro Setúbal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldir Urbano in the 68th minute of play. Tasso FC's Juca Tasso was substituted for Miguel Sequeira. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of Sporting Clube Patrício:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tasso FC:s goal. Sporting Clube Patrício:s Almiro Setúbal showed great skill when he stopped Normando Fiúza:s penalty. Normando Fiúza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Almiro Setúbal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Normando Fiúza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tasso FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarbas Fontoura in the 87th minute of play forced Tasso FC's goalkeeper Silverio Corderun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. León Zambrano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tasso FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
