Tipi Calderon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Tipi Calderon came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Togo FC's 柳森悦. But to his dismay, 柳森悦 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Florin Boldișor's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Los Andes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florin Boldișor helped the player get up and apologised. After 12 played minutes Togo FC got a freekick which was hit by Florin Boldișor. Kaj Skager's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodolfo Mannuel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Kaj Skager sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaj Skager in the 27th minute of play forced Togo FC's goalkeeper Rodolfo Mannuel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodolfo Mannuel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kaj Skager showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 29 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Kaj Skager's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodolfo Mannuel was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Togo FC's goalkeeper Rodolfo Mannuel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 44th minute Club Atletico Los Andes were awarded a corner. Tomáš Lamačka went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 47th minute Kaj Skager shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Mannuel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 柳森悦 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Togo FC's Rodolfo Mannuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaj Skager in the 54th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Fulgencio Eguerdi in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Togo FC's Florin Boldișor. Melquiades Belo kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Kutluay Tardu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tipi Calderon. The goal made the score 1-3. Rodolfo Mannuel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaj Skager, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaj Skager in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodolfo Mannuel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim Lekberg in the 90th minute of play forced Togo FC's goalkeeper Rodolfo Mannuel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Kim Lekberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodolfo Mannuel. Togo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kim Lekberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
