The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lucas Matos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Ni Tian Peng made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Lucas Matos took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ni Tian Peng to make any attempt to save it. Nils-Åke Myhr got a throw-in 14 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ronaldo Feloaga. Aristide Lung stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Estebano Lecanda's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After 20 minutes El Pinar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gary Ayala who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Locademia's Gary Ayala to fire away a dangerous shot which Ni Tian Peng despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. El Pinar's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gaston Gaitan 23 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Pinar's goalkeeper Ni Tian Peng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aristide Lung took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Süreyya Uzer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaston Gaitan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Estebano Lecanda made a precise shot to the right of Aristide Lung. Locademia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Ni Tian Peng was a little too slow when Lucas Matos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Estebano Lecanda to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Locademia's zone, Estebano Lecanda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristide Lung came out of the goal and Estebano Lecanda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A throw-in in the 55th minute of the game was made by Nils-Åke Myhr with Ronaldo Feloaga as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Aristide Lung didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Estebano Lecanda went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Locademia's Santos Burutzagi got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Santos Burutzagi kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute of the match Fredrik Holden shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aristide Lung showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Locademia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fredrik Holden was slow to take the kick. During this time El Pinar's players had a chance to rest. El Pinar's Mantzio Mena was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aristide Lung in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 73rd minute Süreyya Uzer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristide Lung saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Locademia's Lucas Matos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ni Tian Peng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind El Pinar's goalkeeper Ni Tian Peng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, El Pinar's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Matos came free, but Ni Tian Peng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Lucas Matos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ni Tian Peng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Matos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Aristide Lung managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when El Pinar's Estebano Lecanda fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
