Giani Chiritã was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 31st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Valeriu Berevoescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucian Suluțiu couldn't finish the play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valeriu Isvoreanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Valeriu Isvoreanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Iurie Guriță. The goal made the score 0-4.
