Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sotero Besga in the 40th minute of play. When Cesario Valensuela was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Ortegano's Cesario Valensuela got a free kick in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

After 52 played minutes Bendito Sea El Fernet got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Tiadoro. With a little luck, Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule got control of the ball when Jacinto Pamanes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 55 played minutes Jacinto Pamanes could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-3 into the left cross. When Deportivo Ortegano's Jacinto Pamanes in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The crowd rose to their feet as Deportivo Ortegano's Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomás Maule. That made the score 2-4 after 83 minutes of play. In the 86th minute, Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Francesco Terrazos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Tipi in the 92nd minute of the match. The Deportivo Ortegano players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
