After having played for 22 minutes, Åke Lindström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lithuanian amber's supporters crossed their fingers, but Åke Lindström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carno FK's Hayrullah İrfanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Ortle in the 27th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Hayrullah İrfanoğlu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 30th minute Lithuanian amber were awarded a corner. Cayetano Pagomari went to the cornerflag to take it. Lithuanian amber's Cayetano Pagomari was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hayrullah İrfanoğlu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Damazy Mitus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven Vollander's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Sven Vollander put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Damazy Mitus. Sven Vollander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damazy Mitus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Saulius Mikalajūnass short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Hayrullah İrfanoğlu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Carno FK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
