Nytäppet Fc's Sture Abrahamsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabinho dos Santos in the 10th minute of play. Agnaldo Mattos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sture Abrahamsson. Nytäppet Fc's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Nytäppet Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Fabinho dos Santos came free, but Sture Abrahamsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabinho dos Santos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sture Abrahamsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After 19 played minutes Nytäppet Fc got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Hedbom. Acácio Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakob Högman in the 21st minute of play. Haakon Brøndsel charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nytäppet Fc fans cheered their team off the field, for while Club Athletico Paulistano had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
