Alfonso Baldassarre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Schorsch Schmalzbauer in the 11th minute of play. Di Xing Yu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerasim Kaymakanov in the 88th minute of the match. After having played for 91 minutes, Juan Lebron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vänge IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Lebron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. UNLIMITED's Gerasim Kaymakanov got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vänge IF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
