Alfonso Baldassarre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caio da Rocha in the 12th minute of play. After a rather tough play, UNLIMITED's Ermanno Tripodi got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 23rd minute Richard Häll shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Bueno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30 played minutes Qikiqtarjuaq FC got a freekick which was hit by Quinton Marcheterre. A collision led to Qikiqtarjuaq FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Daron Keen hit a great ball. The supporters of UNLIMITED booed when Qikiqtarjuaq FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daron Keen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute Michael Owen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Baldassarre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 minutes UNLIMITED's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daron Keen who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Quinton Marcheterre almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but UNLIMITED's Alfonso Baldassarre did a great save. The crowd rose to their feet as Quinton Marcheterre kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alfonso Baldassarre. That made the score 1-1 in the 46 minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gerasim Kaymakanov made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Gerasim Kaymakanov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Abel Bueno was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Qikiqtarjuaq FC made a substitution. Bastien Aldridge replaced Michael Owen. A throw-in in the 56th minute of the game was made by Anfilogino Signori with Amerigo Alfonsi as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Alfonso Baldassarre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 66th minute Narciso Rosalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Bueno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfonso Baldassarre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caio da Rocha in the 68th minute of play. Caio da Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Baldassarre having to interfere. When Bastien Aldridge fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Qikiqtarjuaq FC's protests and gave Bastien Aldridge a yellow card for diving instead. After 78 played minutes Qikiqtarjuaq FC got a freekick which was hit by Bastien Aldridge. In the 79th minute, Bastien Aldridge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerasim Kaymakanov got free with Abel Bueno in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Rosalio in the 83rd minute of play forced Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goalkeeper Abel Bueno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amerigo Alfonsi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Bueno having to interfere. With a little luck, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Abel Bueno got control of the ball when Narciso Rosalio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abel Bueno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerasim Kaymakanov in the 94th minute. When the final whistle sounded UNLIMITED left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Qikiqtarjuaq FC.
