Jerzy Dudek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rigan Frankson's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Rigan Frankson struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Jerzy Dudek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 1948 MKS. In the 17th minute Gianluca Lapadula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ter Stegen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind 1948 MKS's goalkeeper Ter Stegen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Rigan Frankson managed to get in a good position for a shot. 1948 MKS's supporters rose to their feet, but Rigan Frankson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerzy Dudek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to 1948 MKS getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Arnold McDecland hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gianluca Lapadula in the 35th minute of play forced 1948 MKS's goalkeeper Ter Stegen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gianluca Lapadula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ter Stegen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gianluca Lapadula, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

53 minutes into the game, Rigan Frankson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jerzy Dudek. Rigan Frankson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Ter Stegen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gianluca Lapadula in the 56th minute of the match. Ter Stegen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gianluca Lapadula in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind KS Bukowe's goalkeeper Jerzy Dudek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ter Stegen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianluca Lapadula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When KS Bukowe's Gianluca Lapadula in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 1948 MKS's goalie prevented a goal. Rigan Frankson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kaine Kirby made in the 78th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by KS Bukowe's Sebastian Bakes. After 81 minutes, Torrey Molloy made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. KS Bukowe's Jerzy Dudek tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Jerzy Dudek managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when 1948 MKS's Torrey Molloy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Wieslaw Czajka made in the 91st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Marian Mondrowski however managed to control. The KS Bukowe fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. 1948 MKS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
