With an all-out effort, 1948 MKS's Edward Slazak threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rigan Frankson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Luís Fabiano de Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Torrey Molloy might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edward Slazak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Torrey Molloy ran back to his position shaking his head. FC MARKUS's Edward Slazak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save FC MARKUS from getting a goal against them. Teobald Jeziorkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1948 MKS's Çakabey Sirer managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luís Fabiano de Brito in the 17 minute of the game. Torrey Molloy scored 3-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edward Slazak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Gandalf Head made the kick off in the second half. Edward Slazak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torrey Molloy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the game, Torrey Molloy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Edward Slazak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 60 minutes into the match, 1948 MKS's Torrey Molloy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edward Slazak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Torrey Molloy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edward Slazak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Edward Slazak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnold McDecland in the 80th minute of the match. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC MARKUS's goalkeeper Edward Slazak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rigan Frankson struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Edward Slazak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 1948 MKS. Edward Slazak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torrey Molloy in the 96th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC MARKUS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for 1948 MKS.
