Reko Nybacka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Fredriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. The corner ended in Elliott Bennet almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka did a great save. In the 17th minute, Vincent Fredriksson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bloodthirsty FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 19 minutes of play, Bloodthirsty FC's Vincent Fredriksson made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reko Nybacka was left in no man's land by his defense there! 27 minutes into the match, Bloodthirsty FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fernando Abraão came free, but 何旭银 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Dudu Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 何旭银 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 played minutes Bloodthirsty FC got a freekick which was hit by Elliott Bennet. After 47 minutes, Agnaldo Brodel made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Bloodthirsty FC's 何旭银 tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When Måns Stålberg fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bloodthirsty FC's protests and gave Måns Stålberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd minute, Måns Stålberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute of the match Walmir Duarte sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but 何旭银 skillfully saved the ball. Dudu Borges struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. 何旭银 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catugi FC. Bloodthirsty FC's 何旭银 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agnaldo Brodel in the 63rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Bloodthirsty FC defense, Agnaldo Brodel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 何旭银. The Bloodthirsty FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 何旭银 should have stopped the shot. 何旭银 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dudu Borges in the 70th minute of the match. 何旭银 came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Catugi FC's Dudu Borges. But to his dismay, Dudu Borges quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agnaldo Brodel in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 何旭银 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sverker Collin charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sverker Collin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 82 minutes into the match, Bloodthirsty FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dudu Borges came free, but 何旭银 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 何旭银 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agnaldo Brodel in the 83rd minute of the match. After 92 minutes, Elliott Bennet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bloodthirsty FC and the Catugi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bloodthirsty FC's Dick Forss was substituted for Stig Felin. After a rather tough play, Bloodthirsty FC's Elliott Bennet got a free kick in the 94th minute. After having played for 97 minutes, Ivan Kleen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bloodthirsty FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivan Kleen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Catugi FC had won after a very even match.
