In the 2nd match minute, Beyaz Zenciler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rüstem Yıldıray to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the match, Deportivo Marplatense's Cristobal Eneto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hayrullah Asya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rüstem Yıldıray made in the 9th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Halil Can Bahadıroğlu. After 13 played minutes Beyaz Zenciler got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Kutsi Hanbeyi. Reşat Orgunalp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Mikael Sjögren made a huge save. 25 minutes into the match, Beyaz Zenciler's goal looked a bit too open when Cristobal Eneto came free, but Hayrullah Asya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Beyaz Zenciler getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Rüstem Yıldıray hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, Cristobal Eneto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hayrullah Asya was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Beyaz Zenciler booed when Deportivo Marplatense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Gilabert didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 41st minute of the game was made by Rüstem Yıldıray with Halil Can Bahadıroğlu as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Hayrullah Asya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcelino Gilabert went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 46 played minutes Deportivo Marplatense got a freekick which was hit by Tauras Marčiauskas. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Reşat Orgunalp made the kick off in the second half. Reşat Orgunalp took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mikael Sjögren. Mikael Sjögren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Rüstem Yıldıray kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Rüstem Yıldıray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Deportivo Marplatense's Tauras Marčiauskas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rüstem Yıldıray in the 64 minute of the game. Hayrullah Asya came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Marplatense's Cristobal Eneto. But to his dismay, Cristobal Eneto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Cristobal Eneto in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hayrullah Asya, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hayrullah Asya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Eneto in the 76th minute of play. Reşat Orgunalp hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 79 played minutes Deportivo Marplatense got a freekick which was hit by Szabolcs Schimmer. In the 80th minute Reşat Orgunalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikael Sjögren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hayrullah Asya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Eneto in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Reşat Orgunalp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mikael Sjögren. Deportivo Marplatense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reşat Orgunalp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Rüştü Cangiray's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mikael Sjögren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The Beyaz Zenciler fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Deportivo Marplatense were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
