Partemi FC's Horacio Frisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristobal Eneto in the 41st minute of play. Deportivo Marplatense's Mikael Sjögren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panos Paschalidis in the 77th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cristobal Eneto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horacio Frisco was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. A collision led to Partemi FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Alexander Villanueva hit a great ball. Chip Froggatt kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Deportivo Marplatense eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
