Gery De Clercq showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Quintan in the 6th minute of the match. After 7 played minutes FC Klavertje Vier got a freekick which was hit by Johan Bakayoko. The supporters of LTA FC booed when FC Klavertje Vier was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimmy Viergever didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute, Virgilio Oton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gery De Clercq was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Gery De Clercq took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Quintan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Klavertje Vier booed when LTA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Quintan didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Van den Gans, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. David Van den Gans charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Van den Gans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 28th minute Erubiel Dominix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gery De Clercq saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute Lars De Kerpel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Oliverio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gervasio Ikatz kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the game, Johan Bakayoko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Roberto Oliverio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Virgilio Oton fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LTA FC's protests and gave Virgilio Oton a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, LTA FC's Virgilio Oton got a free kick in the 48th minute. 49 minutes into the game, FC Klavertje Vier's Jerry Verengen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roberto Oliverio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Rodrigo Quintan made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Quintan in the 56th minute of play forced FC Klavertje Vier's goalkeeper Gery De Clercq to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roberto Oliverio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerry Verengen in the 57th minute of play. Ariel Cisco kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Rodrigo Quintan kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, David Van den Gans sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and LTA FC's Roberto Oliverio didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, FC Klavertje Vier's Simon Viergever got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis Bakar got free with Gery De Clercq in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roberto Oliverio came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Klavertje Vier's Fernand De Koster. But to his dismay, Fernand De Koster quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind LTA FC's goalkeeper Roberto Oliverio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Roberto Oliverio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernand De Koster in the 85th minute of play. In the 89th minute Jerry Verengen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Oliverio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
