Ervin Gigovski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Camilo Mondragon having to make a save. 8 minutes into the match, Formentera's goal looked a bit too open when Zebastian Palmkvist came free, but Camilo Mondragon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christer Boberg kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Camilo Mondragon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pol Putov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Tabb was extremely unlucky when he, in the 12th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 14th match minute, FC NILS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Portas to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Formentera's Niklas Skoglund threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Santo Illan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Guillermo Marin came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Formentera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillermo Marin couldn't finish the play. Niklas Skoglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Marin in the 23rd minute of play. In the 32nd minute Guillermo Marin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Skoglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Formentera's Gualterio Bidun got a free kick in the 36th minute. Camilo Mondragon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zebastian Palmkvist in the 41st minute of play. A collision led to FC NILS getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Pol Putov hit a great ball. The Formentera players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC NILS were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Zebastian Palmkvist made the kick off in the second half. Pol Putov might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Mondragon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pol Putov ran back to his position shaking his head. Niklas Skoglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Tabb, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After a rather tough play, FC NILS's Christer Boberg got a free kick in the 62nd minute. FC NILS made a substitution. Ferdi Kadıoğlu replaced Oscar Berglund. FC NILS's Marko Hegg was substituted for Pol Putov. After 64 played minutes FC NILS got a freekick which was hit by Christer Boberg. When Formentera's David Tabb in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC NILS's goalie prevented a goal. Camilo Mondragon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darin Bozduganov in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darin Bozduganov in the 69th minute of play forced Formentera's goalkeeper Camilo Mondragon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 70 minutes Formentera's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ferdi Kadıoğlu who took care of the corner kick. In the 72nd minute Leonides Manny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Skoglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Christer Boberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Darin Bozduganov got free with Camilo Mondragon in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Camilo Mondragon made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Darin Bozduganov sent off a good shot on target. After 93 played minutes FC NILS got a freekick which was hit by Americo Portas. In the 94th minute, Tobias Ponciano sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC NILS's Niklas Skoglund didn't even have to move. In the 95th minute Christer Boberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Mondragon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
