Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. David Perez started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ümit Durukan got free with Fresco Baltanas in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. UE Cornella's Fresco Baltanas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yusuf Beykan in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, UE Cornella's goal looked a bit too open when Berker Rıza Erginer came free, but Fresco Baltanas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Los Tatangelos's Berker Rıza Erginer in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UE Cornella's goalie prevented a goal. Fresco Baltanas made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Berker Rıza Erginer sent off a good shot on target. 22 minutes into the match, Gitano Iniesta notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Los Tatangelos's Vahap Özdil. Vahap Özdil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Perez in the 31st minute of play forced Los Tatangelos's goalkeeper Vahap Özdil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fresco Baltanas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yusuf Beykan in the 33rd minute of play. Berker Rıza Erginer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fresco Baltanas having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Berker Rıza Erginer took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Fresco Baltanas to make any attempt to save it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Fresco Baltanas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berker Rıza Erginer in the 60th minute of play. After a rather tough play, UE Cornella's Baldemer Fuster got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Berker Rıza Erginer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fresco Baltanas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ümit Durukan in the 66th minute of the match. When Baldemer Fuster fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UE Cornella's protests and gave Baldemer Fuster a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 played minutes UE Cornella got a freekick which was hit by Santos Olmos. Fresco Baltanas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berker Rıza Erginer in the 71st minute of the match. Gitano Iniesta hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, UE Cornella's goal looked a bit too open when Oğuzalp Şahinhan came free, but Fresco Baltanas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oğuzalp Şahinhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Fresco Baltanas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xantalen Clemente's late challenge caught a Los Tatangelos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xantalen Clemente helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Los Tatangelos booed when UE Cornella was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xantalen Clemente didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Los Tatangelos's Münir Soysan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fresco Baltanas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oğuzalp Şahinhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Fresco Baltanas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 91 played minutes UE Cornella got a freekick which was hit by Baldemer Fuster. Ümit Durukan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fresco Baltanas having to make a save. In the 94th match minute, Los Tatangelos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Akil Ceviz to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 95 minutes, David Perez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UE Cornella's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Perez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the UE Cornella players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Los Tatangelos.
