When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Börge Kristiansson took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Alfronso Candela to make any attempt to save it. Alfronso Candela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Börge Kristiansson went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 30 minutes into the game, Börge Kristiansson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alfronso Candela. Börge Kristiansson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. In the 39th minute Alvito Font shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivar Albohm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Alvito Font made a precise shot to the right of Ivar Albohm. Strömsbro IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Alfronso Candela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börge Kristiansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Strömsbro IF fully deserved thier win.
