KFC Cromvelde's Jochen Van den Panhuizen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Albert Sparnaaij in the 6 minute of the game. In the 8th minute, Luiz Fabiano Sena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, KFC Cromvelde's Jean-Louis Van Bever got control of the ball when Luiz Fabiano Sena tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute of the match Bizard FC got a corner. KFC Cromvelde's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Victor Pinho ran over to the corner to take the kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Herman Frans during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bizard FC booed when KFC Cromvelde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herman Frans didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathijs Rokeloos in the 31st minute of play forced Bizard FC's goalkeeper Ademar Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mathijs Rokeloos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bizard FC's Ademar Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathijs Rokeloos in the 33rd minute of play. In the 45th minute KFC Cromvelde were awarded a corner. Matthias Wauters went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Matthias Wauters almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bizard FC's Ademar Fernandes did a great save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mathijs Rokeloos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute, Mathijs Rokeloos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ademar Fernandes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ademar Fernandes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathijs Rokeloos in the 64th minute of the match. After 64 played minutes KFC Cromvelde got a freekick which was hit by Jochen Van den Panhuizen. Mathijs Rokeloos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ademar Fernandes having to interfere. KFC Cromvelde made a substitution. Henry Åkesson replaced Mathijs Rokeloos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Fabiano Sena in the 71st minute of play forced KFC Cromvelde's goalkeeper Jean-Louis Van Bever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ademar Fernandes was a little too slow when Henry Åkesson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 0-3. Ademar Fernandes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henry Åkesson's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Henry Åkesson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ademar Fernandes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Henry Åkesson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ademar Fernandes. The goal made the score 0-4. In the 88th minute, Henry Åkesson made a precise shot to the right of Ademar Fernandes. Bizard FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Victor Pinho hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Ademar Fernandes acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 91st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Matthias Wauters. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Åkesson in the 94th minute of play forced Bizard FC's goalkeeper Ademar Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched KFC Cromvelde eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
