Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jano Cavalcante started the match with the kick off. Oleg Timofeev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christer Wästerberg in the 14th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Montevideo got a freekick which was hit by André Luiz Amaral. A collision led to Montevideo getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. José Carlos Nunes hit a great ball. Alessio Cinalli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oleg Timofeev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Rune Grep took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jano Cavalcante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 played minutes Montevideo got a freekick which was hit by Deivid Barbosa. After having played for 24 minutes, Jonathan Petersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lirarnas Lag's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Petersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Carlos Alberto Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Jano Cavalcante managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montevideo's supporters rose to their feet, but Jano Cavalcante was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rune Grep breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jano Cavalcante got free with Rune Grep in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute of the match Montevideo got a corner. Lirarnas Lag's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Celsinho de Almeida ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Montevideo's Celsinho de Almeida to fire away a dangerous shot which Rune Grep despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Christer Wästerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oleg Timofeev having to interfere. Oleg Timofeev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessio Cinalli in the 38th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Montevideo's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Petersson came free, but Oleg Timofeev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Carlos Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Jonathan Petersson notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Montevideo's Oleg Timofeev. Oleg Timofeev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Oleg Timofeev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Petersson in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Petersson in the 55th minute of play forced Montevideo's goalkeeper Oleg Timofeev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Lirarnas Lag's Jonathan Petersson got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After 66 played minutes Montevideo got a freekick which was hit by Deivid Barbosa. Harald Axelsson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Oleg Timofeev skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If André Luiz Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christer Wästerberg kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Jano Cavalcante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Rune Grep tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Lirarnas Lag's Jonathan Petersson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Oleg Timofeev. That made the score 0-2 after 81 minutes of play. When Harald Axelsson fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lirarnas Lag's protests and gave Harald Axelsson a yellow card for diving instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Lirarnas Lag had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
