Zbyszek Kaider made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Régis de Godoi in the 7th minute of play. Mariusz Bondel kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, José Guerreiro notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Leões do Sul 53's Rubinho Couto. Rubinho Couto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mariusz Bondel took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rubinho Couto. Rubinho Couto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Guerreiro in the 19th minute of play forced Leões do Sul 53's goalkeeper Rubinho Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Kernsdorf SSA's José Guerreiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rubinho Couto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rubinho Couto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Guerreiro's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Kernsdorf SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Paulo Brodel came free, but Zbyszek Kaider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leões do Sul 53's Rubinho Couto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Guerreiro in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Pedro Paulo Brodel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the game, José Guerreiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Rubinho Couto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Leões do Sul 53 booed when Kernsdorf SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Alberto Guedes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rubinho Couto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from José Guerreiro went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Mariusz Bondel might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rubinho Couto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariusz Bondel ran back to his position shaking his head. Rubinho Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Guerreiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, José Guerreiro put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Rubinho Couto. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Régis de Godoi made a kick off. Rubinho Couto made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Guerreiro in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Kernsdorf SSA's José Guerreiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rubinho Couto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zbyszek Kaider showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Paulo Brodel in the 64th minute of the match. Kernsdorf SSA's Filip Pietrowski was substituted for Antoni Betonowy. In the 72nd minute, Konstanty Major got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zé Augusto da Costa hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Kernsdorf SSA's Pawel Dobrowski got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Konstanty Major made a precise shot to the right of Rubinho Couto. Leões do Sul 53's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Rubinho Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstanty Major in the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Kernsdorf SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Paulo Brodel came free, but Zbyszek Kaider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Rubinho Couto managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Kernsdorf SSA's Konstanty Major fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 92 minutes into the match, Leões do Sul 53's goalkeeper Rubinho Couto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Konstanty Major. In the 93rd minute, Mariusz Bondel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zbyszek Kaider showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Régis de Godoi in the 94th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Kernsdorf SSA's Konstanty Major slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rubinho Couto. That made the score 0-8 after 97 minutes of play. The Kernsdorf SSA players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
