Waffem Fc's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Ulf Öfverman scored to the left of an out of position Aldo Restu, making the score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulf Öfverman got free with Aldo Restu in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 10 minutes into the match, Waffem Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Öfverman came free, but Aldo Restu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Acevedo in the 11th minute of the match. Ulf Öfverman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Restu having to interfere. Ulf Öfverman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aldo Restu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. The corner ended in Björn Strömberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Waffem Fc's Aldo Restu did a great save. Mats Elg's late challenge caught a Waffem Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mats Elg helped the player get up and apologised. Mats Elg kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Justo Cordara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute, Björn Strömberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Waffem Fc's Aldo Restu didn't even have to move. Yngve Röd succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 24th playminute. Fabiano Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavio Acevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Waffem Fc defense, Ulf Öfverman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aldo Restu. The Waffem Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aldo Restu should have stopped the shot. Virgilio Quinton charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Virgilio Quinton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Brothers of Mercy booed when Waffem Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Quinton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bengt-Rune Strömbom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Aldo Restu made a huge save. Fabiano Saldanha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Acevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Aldo Restu made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Edward Nyberg sent off a good shot on target. After 44 played minutes Brothers of Mercy got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Rune Strömbom. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bengt-Rune Strömbom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aldo Restu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulf Öfverman in the 52nd minute of the match. Fabiano Saldanha made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Fernando Gabrio sent off a good shot on target. Aldo Restu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Nyberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edward Nyberg took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aldo Restu. Aldo Restu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. With an all-out effort, Waffem Fc's Fabiano Saldanha threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Octavio Acevedo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Brothers of Mercy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Björn Strömberg in the 69th minute. The corner led Brothers of Mercy's Björn Strömberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Aldo Restu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fernando Gabrio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Fabiano Saldanha made a huge save. Fabiano Saldanha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Acevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Waffem Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Öfverman came free, but Aldo Restu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was a well-played corner which Bengt-Rune Strömbom managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Nyberg in the 83rd minute of play forced Waffem Fc's goalkeeper Aldo Restu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aldo Restu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Nyberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edward Nyberg in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aldo Restu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Waffem Fc booed when Brothers of Mercy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thiago van Dijk didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 92 played minutes, Waffem Fc's Fernando Gabrio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabiano Saldanha came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Waffem Fc reached it. 95 minutes into the game, Maximo Azevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Waffem Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brothers of Mercy the free kick. After 95 played minutes Waffem Fc got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Azevedo. Brothers of Mercy's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
