Régis de Godoi hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Hacha y Tiza FC's Nicolas Calixto got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 90th minute of the match, Régis de Godoi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Erubiel Osoro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hacha y Tiza FC's Erubiel Osoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Régis de Godoi in the 93rd minute of play. Rubinho Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Bihar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hacha y Tiza FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Leões do Sul 53 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
