Montevideo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Xie Yue Chao scored to the left of an out of position Oleg Timofeev, making the score, 1-0. After 14 played minutes Montevideo got a freekick which was hit by Deivid Barbosa. In the 15th minute, Xie Yue Chao left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Galacticos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Los Galacticos's Jiang Liang Ting played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jano Cavalcante in the 19th minute of play. Jiang Liang Ting took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Los Galacticos's Oleg Timofeev threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Xie Yue Chao, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Oleg Timofeev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xie Yue Chao went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Leandro Brito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jiang Liang Ting was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Montevideo's Oleg Timofeev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xie Yue Chao in the 34th minute of play. Oleg Timofeev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xie Yue Chao, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 41st match minute, Los Galacticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilesindo Tarapiella to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th match minute, Montevideo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Deivid Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Xie Yue Chao made the kick off in the second half. Jiang Liang Ting showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jano Cavalcante in the 53rd minute of the match. Witomir Lampa hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Los Galacticos's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Brito came free, but Jiang Liang Ting reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Witomir Lampa kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Gilesindo Tarapiella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oleg Timofeev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Montevideo's goal looked a bit too open when Jiang Ang Xiao came free, but Oleg Timofeev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Deivid Barbosa during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Deivid Barbosa kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the game, Montevideo's Leandro Brito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jiang Liang Ting made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Many of Montevideo's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Montevideo may have spent more time on the ball, but Los Galacticos were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
