When Luís-Carlos Perea came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Purple Shadows fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís-Carlos Perea couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Tytus Fabiszak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rubinho Couto was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Purple Shadows reached it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gorom Kanø to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes Leões do Sul 53's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Witomir Klawke who took care of the corner kick. Tytus Fabiszak received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rubinho Couto came out and tried to block the shot, but Tytus Fabiszak slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 57th minute. The audience was convinced that Gorom Kanø's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rubinho Couto was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. 62 minutes into the match, Leões do Sul 53's goal looked a bit too open when Gorom Kanø came free, but Rubinho Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Gorom Kanø had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rubinho Couto. The Purple Shadows players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
