Flavian Garcon's late challenge caught a JULM C.F.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Flavian Garcon helped the player get up and apologised. Rathmore Lime Tree's Sofyane Valognes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vambola Raig in the 34th minute of play. In the 34th match minute, Rathmore Lime Tree was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brian Boullet to maneuver through the defense. Rathmore Lime Tree's Sofyane Valognes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vambola Raig in the 41st minute of play. Kaimo Aas hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Kalev Kabonen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes into the game, Flavian Garcon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rein Püss. Flavian Garcon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vambola Raig to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Rathmore Lime Tree was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karim Cosme to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to JULM C.F. getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Kalev Kabonen hit a great ball. Rathmore Lime Tree's Grégory Castello was substituted for Brian Boullet. Kusti Hakk got a throw-in 63 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Edmund Salavesi. 70 minutes into the game, Grégory Castello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rathmore Lime Tree's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JULM C.F. the free kick. Grégory Castello kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. If Flavian Garcon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 82nd minute, Christophe Reibel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flavian Garcon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rathmore Lime Tree fans cheered their team off the field, for while JULM C.F. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
