After 12 minutes, Segundo Berdoi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Burzaco and the Club A. Independiente players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th minute, Segundo Berdoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Club A. Independiente getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Florentino Jusepe hit a great ball. The supporters of Club A. Independiente booed when Club Atlético Burzaco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Teofilio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Manuel Cordearo came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Club A. Independiente fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Cordearo couldn't finish the play. Hermengildo Firman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Lajos Vadász made a huge save. Club A. Independiente's Lajos Vadász played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nereo Sesuldo in the 29th minute of play. If Lionel 梅西 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Lionel 梅西 notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Club Atlético Burzaco's Martin Celipe. Martin Celipe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nereo Sesuldo took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lajos Vadász. Lajos Vadász dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The supporters of Club Atlético Burzaco booed when Club A. Independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Rojelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Nereo Sesuldo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lajos Vadász, 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fausto Arnau to strike the kick off in the second half. Club A. Independiente were furious when Venancio Mirande was red carded, 51 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 50th minute, one of Club A. Independiente:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club A. Independiente. In the 52nd minute there was a penalty for Club Atlético Burzaco. Fausto Arnau stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lajos Vadász. 3-1. Lajos Vadász took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermengildo Firman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nereo Sesuldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Nereo Sesuldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Club Atlético Burzaco getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Ubaldo Nabar hit a great ball. In the 69th minute, Fausto Arnau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético Burzaco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Berdoi in the 74th minute of play forced Club A. Independiente's goalkeeper Lajos Vadász to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lajos Vadász made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Firman in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th match minute, Club A. Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Cordearo to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Club Atlético Burzaco's Fausto Arnau tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Club A. Independiente's Lajos Vadász played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Firman in the 84th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Club Atlético Burzaco got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Sesuldo. Club Atlético Burzaco made a substitution. Felix Tabby replaced Nereo Sesuldo. A collision led to Club Atlético Burzaco getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Nereo Sesuldo hit a great ball. Lajos Vadász showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Firman, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After a rather tough play, Club A. Independiente's Aristides Panfilo got a free kick in the 94th minute. Club Atlético Burzaco's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
