Borek Baumruk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Robert Kaczanka made a huge save. After 21 played minutes TJ Stříbro got a freekick which was hit by Michal Preisler. In the 22nd minute Ludomir Serwacki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Kaas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Ludomir Serwacki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aldo Kaas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Wyszyny's Robert Kaczanka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Wyszyny from getting a goal against them. Ryszard Mindykowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aldo Kaas having to make a save. TJ Stříbro's Aldo Kaas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Mindykowski in the 29th minute of play. Igor Kapelski kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Cazimir Zegreanu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Robert Kaczanka. Wyszyny's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Wyszyny's goalkeeper Robert Kaczanka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antonín Bartušek. Wyszyny's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ryszard Mindykowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Pavel Švejda threw the ball into play from the sideline. Wyszyny's Kajetan Turek quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ryszard Mindykowski to make the kick off. The supporters of TJ Stříbro booed when Wyszyny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radoslaw Rakowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ryszard Mindykowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aldo Kaas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ryszard Mindykowski ran back to his position shaking his head. If Ludomir Serwacki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A hard shot 63 in the game by Ryszard Mindykowski from a close distance when the talented Aldo Kaas managed to make a qualified save. TJ Stříbro's players were relieved. Aldo Kaas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ludomir Serwacki's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Ryszard Mindykowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aldo Kaas made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Ryszard Mindykowski sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th play minute Ryszard Mindykowski came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Aldo Kaas. 0-4. Wyszyny's Jacek Kocieniewski was substituted for Kajetan Turek. After 95 played minutes TJ Stříbro got a freekick which was hit by Antonín Bartušek. The Wyszyny supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Wyszyny would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
