In the 19th minute, Bernardo Antonelli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Willian Lucas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Armin Scotti kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Carloforte f.c.'s Beppe Savoia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Kullander in the 23rd minute of play. Bernardo Antonelli kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Willian Lucas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Antonelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beppe Savoia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Kullander, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute Arne Kullander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beppe Savoia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arne Kullander in the 34th minute of play forced Carloforte f.c.'s goalkeeper Beppe Savoia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Elia Ritacco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Willian Lucas. Leões do Sul 53's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elia Ritacco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Beppe Savoia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Kullander, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Arne Kullander blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Beppe Savoia having to make a save. After 46 minutes of play, Carloforte f.c.'s Arturo De Vito made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Willian Lucas was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

In the 52nd minute, Arne Kullander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Leões do Sul 53's goalkeeper Willian Lucas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 57th minute, Leões do Sul 53's Arne Kullander dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. After 60 played minutes Carloforte f.c. got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Antonelli. In the 62nd minute, Bernardo Antonelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 63rdth minute of the game Arturo De Vito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leões do Sul 53's Willian Lucas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bernardo Antonelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Willian Lucas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th match minute, Carloforte f.c. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dave Pozzoli to maneuver through the defense. If Arturo De Vito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Leões do Sul 53's Dinei Amaral got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Arturo De Vito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willian Lucas having to interfere. If Arturo De Vito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Leões do Sul 53's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo De Vito came free, but Willian Lucas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Carloforte f.c. had won after a very even match.
