The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jaroslaw Lepper charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jaroslaw Lepper the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ajax getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Lucjan Bartelak hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, SvE United's Valeri Durmishev tried to score from far away in the 6th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Ajax's goal looked a bit too open when Zlatan Denishev came free, but Gigi Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Zlatan Denishev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigi Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yanek Marekov in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gigi Buffon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. SvE United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Valeri Durmishev in the 16th minute. The corner led to SvE United's Yanek Marekov getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After a rather tough play, Ajax's Lucjan Bartelak got a free kick in the 22nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zlatan Denishev in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gigi Buffon saved Ajax from getting behind. 27 minutes into the match, Ajax's goal looked a bit too open when Zlatan Denishev came free, but Gigi Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gigi Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mito Hadzhiperev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mito Hadzhiperev in the 29th minute of play. In the 30thth minute of the game Nikola Nistorov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ajax's Gigi Buffon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SvE United's Zlatan Denishev managed to work through Ajax's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Zlatan Denishev dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Remigiusz Galaska received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Filcho Nanev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Yanek Marekov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 played minutes Ajax got a freekick which was hit by Remigiusz Galaska. After a defensive mix-up in Ajax's zone, Valeri Durmishev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gigi Buffon came out of the goal and Valeri Durmishev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Zlatan Denishev made the kick off in the second half. If Yanek Marekov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gigi Buffon was a little too slow when Yanek Marekov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 0-1. Gigi Buffon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yanek Marekov's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 62ndth minute of the game Yanek Marekov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ajax's Gigi Buffon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gigi Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nikola Nistorov in the 63rd minute. With an all-out effort, SvE United's Gigi Buffon threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zlatan Denishev, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Velizar Donchev got a throw-in 68 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Mito Hadzhiperev. Mito Hadzhiperev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Gigi Buffon made a huge save. Borys Frodyma charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Borys Frodyma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Borys Frodyma kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Gigi Buffon stood somewhat misplaced when Zlatan Denishev came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 73 minute. In the 77th minute, Mito Hadzhiperev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gigi Buffon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Zlatan Denishev sped through Ajax's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gigi Buffon. Zlatan Denishev received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gigi Buffon came out and tried to block the shot, but Zlatan Denishev slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 86th minute. After taking down the ball on SvE United's corner Valeri Durmishev fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gigi Buffon quite easily take care of the ball. In the 94th minute, SvE United's Mito Hadzhiperev dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. SvE United played a much better game than Ajax and deserved their victory. The Ajax players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
