In the 3rd minute Ture Waller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raoul Boehnke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ture Waller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Northland Vikings's Benne Benneborg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kadir Sen in the 9th minute of play. Raoul Boehnke made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Ture Waller sent off a good shot on target. Menderes Kerimhan made in the 12th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Kadir Sen. Ture Waller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ture Waller got free with Raoul Boehnke in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Northland Vikings's Ture Waller got a free kick in the 18th minute. Denver Phoenix struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Raoul Boehnke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Northland Vikings. KIRIKKALESPOR's Raoul Boehnke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ture Waller in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Ture Waller cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Raoul Boehnke was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, KIRIKKALESPOR's Raoul Boehnke got control of the ball when Andreas Falk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ture Waller took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raoul Boehnke. Raoul Boehnke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 38 minutes into the match, KIRIKKALESPOR's goalkeeper Raoul Boehnke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denver Phoenix. 39 minutes into the match, KIRIKKALESPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Ture Waller came free, but Raoul Boehnke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Menderes Kerimhan's late challenge caught a Northland Vikings's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Menderes Kerimhan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd match minute, KIRIKKALESPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Menderes Kerimhan to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kadir Sen to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Ture Waller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Northland Vikings's supporters rose to their feet, but Ture Waller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raoul Boehnke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ture Waller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KIRIKKALESPOR's Raoul Boehnke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Falk in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute Ture Waller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raoul Boehnke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Northland Vikings's zone, Kadir Sen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benne Benneborg came out of the goal and Kadir Sen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. KIRIKKALESPOR's Menderes Kerimhan got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Menderes Kerimhan off the ground. Menderes Kerimhan hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Northland Vikings's Mel Speerschneider was substituted for Ralf Allgöwer. Menderes Kerimhan kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, one of KIRIKKALESPOR:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KIRIKKALESPOR. After 73 minutes of play, Northland Vikings's Andreas Falk made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raoul Boehnke was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Northland Vikings booed when KIRIKKALESPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tolgahan Satıbey didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the game, Saruhan Şenbay threw the ball into play from the sideline. Northland Vikings's Jorge Azenha quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 78 minutes into the match, Northland Vikings's Gao Peng Ran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raoul Boehnke narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 80 minutes into the game, Hasan Tahsin Ateş was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KIRIKKALESPOR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Northland Vikings the free kick. Hasan Tahsin Ateş kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Raoul Boehnke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gao Peng Ran in the 81st minute of play. Raoul Boehnke didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Northland Vikings's Gao Peng Ran shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 88th minute Gao Peng Ran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raoul Boehnke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gao Peng Ran in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raoul Boehnke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Denver Phoenix during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of KIRIKKALESPOR booed when Northland Vikings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denver Phoenix didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raoul Boehnke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gao Peng Ran in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Northland Vikings players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
