The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 minutes, Traian Stoiculescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt and the Northland Vikings players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 2nd minute, Traian Stoiculescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Ture Waller put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Vintilă Tiberiu. Northland Vikings's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antonio Čolak in the 8th minute. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antonio Čolak was slow to take the kick. During this time Northland Vikings's players had a chance to rest. If Ture Waller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ture Waller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vintilă Tiberiu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Northland Vikings were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antonio Čolak took the corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ture Waller got free with Vintilă Tiberiu in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vintilă Tiberiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ture Lundgren in the 19th minute. Ture Waller blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vintilă Tiberiu having to make a save. Ture Waller succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 23rd playminute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ture Waller in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vintilă Tiberiu saved FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt from getting behind. Vintilă Tiberiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ture Waller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ture Waller might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vintilă Tiberiu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ture Waller ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 36th minute of the match, Ture Waller tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vintilă Tiberiu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ture Waller in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vintilă Tiberiu saved FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt from getting behind. 40 minutes into the game, Ture Waller cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Vintilă Tiberiu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ture Waller in the 45th minute of play forced FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goalkeeper Vintilă Tiberiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the match, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goal looked a bit too open when Ture Waller came free, but Vintilă Tiberiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vintilă Tiberiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ture Waller's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. With an all-out effort, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Benne Benneborg threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ioan Botgros, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 56 minutes into the game, Ioan Botgros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Benne Benneborg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nistor Andronic made in the 59th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Aron Dichiseanu immediately put the ball in play. Ture Waller might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vintilă Tiberiu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ture Waller ran back to his position shaking his head. Vintilă Tiberiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ture Waller, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Vintilă Tiberiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ture Waller's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. When Northland Vikings's Ture Waller in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goalie prevented a goal. 75 minutes into the game, Ture Waller cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Vintilă Tiberiu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gao Peng Ran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vintilă Tiberiu came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Northland Vikings's Gao Peng Ran. But to his dismay, Gao Peng Ran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Vintilă Tiberiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gao Peng Ran in the 86th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Gao Peng Ran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vintilă Tiberiu. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gao Peng Ran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gao Peng Ran in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vintilă Tiberiu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rdth minute of the game Gao Peng Ran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Vintilă Tiberiu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Northland Vikings's Gao Peng Ran in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goalie prevented a goal.
