In the 3rd minute of the match, Ciro Brasil sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Zachariasz Kociniewski showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. 5 minutes into the match, AKI CORINTHIANS's goal looked a bit too open when Korneliusz Ochabski came free, but Paredes Fortes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute Vânderson Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Kociniewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Qian Bin Zhen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AKI CORINTHIANS's Paredes Fortes did a great save. Paredes Fortes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edson-Arantes Maradona in the 13th minute of the match. Bartosz Furgat struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Paredes Fortes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TheLastDance. AKI CORINTHIANS's Paredes Fortes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Ángel Angulo in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, AKI CORINTHIANS's goal looked a bit too open when Bartosz Furgat came free, but Paredes Fortes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartosz Furgat in the 27th minute of play forced AKI CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper Paredes Fortes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on AKI CORINTHIANS's corner Alfred Schrijns fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zachariasz Kociniewski quite easily take care of the ball. In the 40th minute Edson-Arantes Maradona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paredes Fortes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edson-Arantes Maradona might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paredes Fortes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edson-Arantes Maradona ran back to his position shaking his head. TheLastDance's Bartosz Furgat got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

TheLastDance made a substitution. Rik Oorschot replaced Qian Bin Zhen. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edson-Arantes Maradona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Bartosz Furgat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bartosz Furgat came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Paredes Fortes could save by the left post. 67 minutes into the game, Bartosz Furgat recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Paredes Fortes. Bartosz Furgat showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Paredes Fortes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Paredes Fortes came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by TheLastDance's Edson-Arantes Maradona. But to his dismay, Edson-Arantes Maradona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. TheLastDance's Miroslaw Brodzki was substituted for Raymond Dupuis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Brasil in the 81st minute of play forced TheLastDance's goalkeeper Zachariasz Kociniewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Edson-Arantes Maradona fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Paredes Fortes, passed just outside the right post. In the 88th minute Miguel Ángel Angulo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paredes Fortes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paredes Fortes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miguel Ángel Angulo in the 91st minute.
