Dario Wilhelm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Ibar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute of the match Alfred Schrijns shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dario Wilhelm showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Amir Lee struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Orlando Nogueira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cascade Park West. After a rather tough play, AKI CORINTHIANS's Gonçalo da Silveira got a free kick in the 27th minute. Dario Wilhelm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Brasil, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After a rather tough play, Cascade Park West's Piotr Brzakala got a free kick in the 44th minute. Waldo Renteria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Nogueira having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 73rd minute, Amir Lee got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of AKI CORINTHIANS booed when Cascade Park West was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dexter Benton didn't get a good kick on the ball. AKI CORINTHIANS's Orlando Nogueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldo Renteria in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldo Renteria in the 83rd minute of play forced AKI CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper Orlando Nogueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando Nogueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amir Lee in the 84th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Claude Joyner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orlando Nogueira was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Gonçalo da Silveira's late challenge caught a Cascade Park West's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gonçalo da Silveira helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th match minute, AKI CORINTHIANS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonçalo da Silveira to maneuver through the defense. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AKI CORINTHIANS! The Cascade Park West supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AKI CORINTHIANS's performance. The match ended with a win for AKI CORINTHIANS.
