An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuca Tróia in the 45th minute of play forced Várzea F.C.'s goalkeeper Reinaldo Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Ekzema F.V. booed when Várzea F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Marques didn't get a good kick on the ball. The wind increased when Murilo Paes made the kick off in the second half. Reinaldo Queiroz came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ekzema F.V.'s Murilo Paes. But to his dismay, Murilo Paes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Várzea F.C.'s Benjamim de Moraes got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute, Duda Lago got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Alessandro Mandrak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Várzea F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Alessandro Mandrak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maicon Linhares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ramiro Rosado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Maicon Linhares made a huge save. After 74 played minutes Ekzema F.V. got a freekick which was hit by Samuca Tróia. Ekzema F.V.'s Maicon Linhares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Mandrak in the 75th minute of play. If Vivaldo Bueno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Várzea F.C.'s Luiz Guilherme Barreto was substituted for Alessandro Mandrak. Ekzema F.V.'s Maicon Linhares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Ekzema F.V. from getting a goal against them. In the 91st minute, Várzea F.C.'s Luiz Guilherme Barreto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Ekzema F.V.'s Maicon Linhares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Guilherme Barreto in the 95th minute of play.
