The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bruno Steenbeck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valdir Pérez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. After 8th play minutes Bruno Steenbeck shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Valdir Pérez and just under the crossbar into goal. Bruno Steenbeck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdir Pérez having to interfere. Bruno Steenbeck scored 0-4 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valdir Pérez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Bruno Steenbeck sped through União Verde FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Valdir Pérez. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Steenbeck in the 28th minute of play forced União Verde FC's goalkeeper Valdir Pérez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nichlas Vesterdahl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Duarte do Vale in the 29th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gil Paiva during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Randers A.F.C. booed when União Verde FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gil Paiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Randers A.F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Randers A.F.C.'s Bruno Steenbeck looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 37 minutes into the match, União Verde FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Steenbeck came free, but Valdir Pérez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valdir Pérez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Steenbeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Randers A.F.C. were awarded a corner. Radim Gola went to the cornerflag to take it. At last the ball reached Bruno Steenbeck at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of União Verde FC. 0-7. When Randers A.F.C.'s Bruno Steenbeck in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Valdir Pérez was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Bruno Steenbeck capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bruno Steenbeck really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10. Valdir Pérez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Steenbeck in the 55th minute. Valdir Pérez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bruno Steenbeck's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Rene Rostholm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Valdir Pérez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 66th minute, Bruno Steenbeck reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Valdir Pérez. The goal made the score 0-13. Valdir Pérez was a little too slow when Bruno Steenbeck got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 0-14. After 73rd play minutes Bruno Steenbeck shot 0-15, a short shot which went by Valdir Pérez and just under the crossbar into goal. Randers A.F.C.'s Terri Bulk was substituted for Bruno Steenbeck. Terri Bulk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 81 minutes into the match, União Verde FC's goalkeeper Valdir Pérez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Terri Bulk. In the 83rdth minute of the game Terri Bulk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but União Verde FC's Valdir Pérez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Terri Bulk in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valdir Pérez saved União Verde FC from getting behind. After 87 played minutes Terri Bulk could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 0-16 into the left cross. Randers A.F.C. made a substitution. Nik Frisendal replaced Radim Gola. When Terri Bulk came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Randers A.F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Terri Bulk couldn't finish the play. 0-17 became the score in the 95th minute when Terri Bulk elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Randers A.F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
