The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Marinos Valassakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valerios Paboulis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Demirhan Okatay in the 6th minute. Amfithea Hotspur's Valerios Paboulis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naem Al Baghli in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in The Flames oF Hell's zone, Konstantinos Psiloglou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Babbis Kafkaletos came out of the goal and Konstantinos Psiloglou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pantelis Kyriakakis kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Amfithea Hotspur's Christos Triantis got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Marinos Valassakos notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of The Flames oF Hell's Babbis Kafkaletos. Babbis Kafkaletos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Babbis Kafkaletos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionysis Stamatiou in the 33rd minute of the match. The Flames oF Hell's Babbis Kafkaletos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marinos Valassakos in the 35th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Dionysis Stamatiou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Babbis Kafkaletos was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. The Amfithea Hotspur fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Amfithea Hotspur's Dionysis Stamatiou looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

In the 51st minute, Amfithea Hotspur's Christos Triantis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. In the 55th minute, Amfithea Hotspur's Christos Triantis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Babbis Kafkaletos. Babbis Kafkaletos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Babbis Kafkaletos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christos Triantis in the 58th minute of play. Babbis Kafkaletos stood somewhat misplaced when Christos Triantis came free in front of goal and shot 1-6 to the left of him in the 58 minute. If Christos Triantis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Amfithea Hotspur's Dionysis Stamatiou slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Babbis Kafkaletos. That made the score 1-8 after 68 minutes of play. In the 79th minute, Dionysis Stamatiou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demirhan Okatay in the 80th minute of play forced Amfithea Hotspur's goalkeeper Valerios Paboulis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute Christos Triantis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Babbis Kafkaletos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dionysis Stamatiou in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Babbis Kafkaletos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Babbis Kafkaletos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christos Triantis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Amfithea Hotspur's Babbis Kafkaletos threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Christos Triantis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Flames oF Hell's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Christos Triantis scored to the left of an out of position Babbis Kafkaletos, making the score, 1-10. Amfithea Hotspur's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
