No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Boleslaw Zielinski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dariusz Roano got free with András Horváth in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the game, Lyons's Dariusz Roano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. András Horváth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Ruperto Salvadore kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match.
