Miltiadis Kokkinis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Tom Sandström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Leif Vallman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kazak SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Kurtuluş Erdursun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leif Vallman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miltiadis Kokkinis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tom Sandström came out and tried to block the shot, but Miltiadis Kokkinis slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 31st minute. Tom Sandström came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bad Company's Miltiadis Kokkinis. But to his dismay, Miltiadis Kokkinis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 44 minutes into the match, FC Bad Company's goal looked a bit too open when Wilhelm Nordin came free, but Kurtuluş Erdursun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 played minutes Kazak SK got a freekick which was hit by Leif Sjöö. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

51 minutes into the match, FC Bad Company's Antonis Sifakis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tom Sandström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stratos Nikas kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. FC Bad Company's Kurtuluş Erdursun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save FC Bad Company from getting a goal against them. In the 57th minute Stelios Koutsokefalakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Sandström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tom Sandström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miltiadis Kokkinis in the 60th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Kazak SK's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Spanakos came free, but Tom Sandström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Malte Wikander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, Davíð Diallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Kazak SK's Wilhelm Nordin got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Dimitris Spanakos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leif Vallman got free with Kurtuluş Erdursun in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 82 played minutes FC Bad Company got a freekick which was hit by Miltiadis Kokkinis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitris Spanakos in the 86th minute of play forced Kazak SK's goalkeeper Tom Sandström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sakis Katselis kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Kurtuluş Erdursun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davíð Diallo in the 88th minute of play. When Antonis Sifakis came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the FC Bad Company fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonis Sifakis couldn't finish the play. Tom Sandström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miltiadis Kokkinis went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Kazak SK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
