In the 8th minute Bruno Steenbeck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ximenez Cayuso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Steenbeck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Ximenez Cayuso made a huge save. 10 minutes into the match, Randers A.F.C.'s Bruno Steenbeck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ximenez Cayuso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Ekzema F.V.'s Ximenez Cayuso got control of the ball when Bruno Steenbeck tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 40th minute of the match, Bruno Steenbeck tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ximenez Cayuso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ekzema F.V.'s Ximenez Cayuso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Rostholm in the 44th minute of play. Nichlas Vesterdahl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vitório Moreno in the 64th minute. Randers A.F.C.'s Bruno Steenbeck got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ximenez Cayuso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Terri Bulk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Randers A.F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
