Dalmacio Herauso scored 1-0 in the 2nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Apolo Larrañaga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Apolo Larrañaga was a little too slow when Eugenio Froila got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 2-0. 11 minutes into the match, Yeray Necochea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Honorio Oso. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yeray Necochea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Honorio Oso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrés Villaseñor in the 15th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goal looked a bit too open when Tanio Lezaeta came free, but Honorio Oso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorio Oso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yeray Necochea in the 21st minute of play. Talcampeón FC's attack was well implemented in the 21st minute, but when Yeray Necochea was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Apolo Larrañaga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Calleri in the 30th minute. 33 minutes into the match, Rainerio Huidobro notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Honorio Oso. Honorio Oso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yeray Necochea in the 37th minute of play forced Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalkeeper Honorio Oso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute Yeray Necochea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorio Oso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Calleri in the 46th minute of play forced Talcampeón FC's goalkeeper Apolo Larrañaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yeray Necochea made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrés Villaseñor got free with Honorio Oso in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Apolo Larrañaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Froila, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. A collision led to Apocalípticos & Caóticos getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Timoteo Ponce hit a great ball. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Honorio Oso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Apocalípticos & Caóticos from getting a goal against them. Alonso Pascal lost his temper 67 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of Apocalípticos & Caóticos booed when Talcampeón FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonso Pascal didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Nicanor Gomez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Everardo Policarpio's late challenge caught a Talcampeón FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Everardo Policarpio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd match minute, Apocalípticos & Caóticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Policarpio to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, Talcampeón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Ponce came free, but Apolo Larrañaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Apolo Larrañaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Evarado in the 77th minute of play. Nicanor Gomez kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute of the match Yeray Necochea sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Honorio Oso skillfully saved the ball. Apolo Larrañaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Evarado in the 88th minute of the match. With a little luck, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Honorio Oso got control of the ball when Rainerio Huidobro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Apolo Larrañaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvestre Favila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Talcampeón FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Apocalípticos & Caóticos.
