In the 10thth minute of the game Lucas Abella who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galo do Japi's Ronaldo Giovanelli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chico Valadares charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chico Valadares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chico Valadares couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chico Valadares in the 25th minute of play forced Club Dep. Union Madereros's goalkeeper Jonathan Bibiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Chico Valadares sped through Club Dep. Union Madereros's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Bibiano. Falcão Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Dep. Union Madereros's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aldair Santos was slow to take the kick. During this time Galo do Japi's players had a chance to rest. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chico Valadares in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Bibiano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Chico Valadares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Bibiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chico Valadares in the 43rd minute of the match. Union Madereros's goal looked a bit too open when Chico Valadares came free, but Jonathan Bibiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chico Valadares had several of the Club Dep. Union Madereros's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 75 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Jonathan Bibiano as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 79 minutes Club Dep. Union Madereros's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aldair Santos who took care of the corner kick. Ronaldo Giovanelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Abella in the 80th minute of play. Nuno Tavares kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Ioritz in the 87th minute of play forced Galo do Japi's goalkeeper Ronaldo Giovanelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th match minute, Galo do Japi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldair Santos to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Lucas Ioritz put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Ronaldo Giovanelli. Chico Valadares received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Bibiano came out and tried to block the shot, but Chico Valadares slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 94th minute. Galo do Japi's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
