In the 38th minute, Boleslaw Zielinski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lyons fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Boleslaw Zielinski made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Ruperto Salvadore kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Piotr Kasprzykowski. That made the score 0-6 in the 84 minute of play. Piotr Kasprzykowski came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Lyons's Dariusz Roano. But to his dismay, Dariusz Roano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Piotr Kasprzykowski was a little too slow when Dariusz Roano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-8. Piotr Kasprzykowski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dariusz Roano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 94 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Lyons left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nitron United FC.
