The audience was convinced that Benedykt Lanczak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jannes Ruttens was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Ferdi Eriş got a free kick in the 24th minute. Jannes Ruttens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benedykt Lanczak's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by C. A. Pipon Pipon's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mikayıl Malişov was slow to take the kick. During this time Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's corner Mikayıl Malişov fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jannes Ruttens quite easily take care of the ball. After 38 played minutes C. A. Pipon Pipon got a freekick which was hit by Cristóvão Ortiz. Jannes Ruttens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedykt Lanczak in the 41st minute of the match. In the 41stth minute of the game Benedykt Lanczak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C. A. Pipon Pipon's Jannes Ruttens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jannes Ruttens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedykt Lanczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicky Bryson made a kick off. Nicky Bryson hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Mikayıl Malişov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Jannes Ruttens made a huge save. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Jannes Ruttens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedykt Lanczak in the 53rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in C. A. Pipon Pipon's zone, Mikayıl Malişov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jannes Ruttens came out of the goal and Mikayıl Malişov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesario Irazu in the 56th minute of play forced Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goalkeeper Onur-Recep Kıvrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikayıl Malişov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ made a substitution. Yağız Macit replaced Ediz Tanbolat. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Ilias Panoulias was substituted for Benedykt Lanczak. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Jannes Ruttens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilias Panoulias in the 66th minute of play. Ilias Panoulias took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jannes Ruttens. Jannes Ruttens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Malcolm McIntosh was substituted for Beto Montenegro. Jannes Ruttens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mikayıl Malişov went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. When Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Ilias Panoulias in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C. A. Pipon Pipon's goalie prevented a goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
