Theodosis Chronis started the match with the kick off. Savas Ignatiou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionuț Jităreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes into the match, STORM CORNER F.C.'s goalkeeper Kaan Winter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Theodosis Chronis. Savas Ignatiou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionuț Jităreanu in the 9th minute of play. Savas Ignatiou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionuț Jităreanu in the 11th minute of the match. Kaan Winter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akakios Kazantzidis in the 13th minute of play. STORM CORNER F.C.'s Kaan Winter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save STORM CORNER F.C. from getting a goal against them. Kaan Winter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Akakios Kazantzidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Savas Ignatiou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinhold Artmaier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ede Szász in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Savas Ignatiou saved Αστέρας Δερβενίου from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ede Szász in the 23rd minute of play forced Αστέρας Δερβενίου's goalkeeper Savas Ignatiou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute of the match STORM CORNER F.C. got a corner. Αστέρας Δερβενίου's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ionuț Jităreanu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Ionuț Jităreanu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Αστέρας Δερβενίου's Savas Ignatiou did a great save. Akakios Kazantzidis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Kaan Winter made a huge save. In the 33rd minute, Stellan Josefsson made a precise shot to the right of Savas Ignatiou. Αστέρας Δερβενίου's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 38 minutes into the match, Αστέρας Δερβενίου's goal looked a bit too open when Reinhold Artmaier came free, but Savas Ignatiou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. STORM CORNER F.C. were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Αστέρας Δερβενίου's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ionuț Jităreanu took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Ionuț Jităreanu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Savas Ignatiou quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Savas Ignatiou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ede Szász, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half STORM CORNER F.C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ede Szász made a kick off. Savas Ignatiou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ede Szász's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Savas Ignatiou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ede Szász in the 61st minute of play. In the 66th minute, Ede Szász fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Savas Ignatiou, passed just outside the right post. Reinhold Artmaier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Savas Ignatiou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Savas Ignatiou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinhold Artmaier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cornelio Pacifico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Αστέρας Δερβενίου's Savas Ignatiou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ede Szász in the 75th minute of play. Reinhold Artmaier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cesare Silvestre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Savas Ignatiou made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ede Szász in the 87th minute of play forced Αστέρας Δερβενίου's goalkeeper Savas Ignatiou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Krisztián Lisztes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. STORM CORNER F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Krisztián Lisztes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. STORM CORNER F.C. played a much better game than Αστέρας Δερβενίου and deserved their victory. The Αστέρας Δερβενίου players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
