A collision led to Twierdza Wroclaw getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Misael Mesia hit a great ball. The corner led Αστέρας Δερβενίου's Theodosis Chronis to fire away a dangerous shot which Tony Kroneder despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Savas Ignatiou made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maksymilian Solibieda in the 17th minute. Savas Ignatiou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maksymilian Solibieda in the 19th minute of play. Savas Ignatiou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maksymilian Solibieda, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute Akakios Kazantzidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Kroneder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Twierdza Wroclaw's Tony Kroneder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Akakios Kazantzidis in the 30th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Akakios Kazantzidis notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Twierdza Wroclaw's Tony Kroneder. Tony Kroneder was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Maksymilian Solibieda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paulinho Marquez made in the 38th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Twierdza Wroclaw's Eugeniusz Werra. 41 minutes into the match, Maksymilian Solibieda notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Αστέρας Δερβενίου's Savas Ignatiou. Savas Ignatiou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Αστέρας Δερβενίου's Savas Ignatiou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maksymilian Solibieda in the 47th minute of play. The supporters of Αστέρας Δερβενίου booed when Twierdza Wroclaw was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugeniusz Werra didn't get a good kick on the ball. 49 minutes into the match, Twierdza Wroclaw's goal looked a bit too open when Theodosis Chronis came free, but Tony Kroneder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Twierdza Wroclaw's Stefan Lesiecki was substituted for Maksymilian Solibieda. Twierdza Wroclaw's Lisandro Cordareo was substituted for Roch Wojno.
