The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The throw-in from Jânio Ramos in the 3rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by RKS Królewscy's Ksawery Mielak. Jânio Ramos charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jânio Ramos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Palzewicz in the 5th minute of play forced Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalkeeper Fabian Arendarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Roman Kon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emil Malik was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. 18 minutes into the match, RKS Królewscy's goalkeeper Emil Malik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damazy Turok. Lucjan Palzewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucjan Palzewicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabian Arendarski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vsevolod Rotan was slow to take the kick. During this time RKS Królewscy's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Vsevolod Rotan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Fabian Arendarski did a great save. 33 minutes into the match, RKS Królewscy's goalkeeper Emil Malik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ömür Seyfeddin. 35 minutes into the match, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goal looked a bit too open when Süleyman Özkan came free, but Fabian Arendarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Lucjan Palzewicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fabian Arendarski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mugur Pandrea kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Fabian Arendarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vsevolod Rotan, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ömür Seyfeddin got free with Emil Malik in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Fabian Arendarski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Zagłębie Dąbrowskie from getting a goal against them. 57 minutes into the match, Ömür Seyfeddin notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of RKS Królewscy's Emil Malik. Emil Malik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabian Arendarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Palzewicz in the 62nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaizka Mendieta got free with Fabian Arendarski in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Wincent Polkoski was substituted for Damazy Turok. RKS Królewscy made a substitution. Cruz Beckham replaced Vsevolod Rotan. In the 70th minute of the match RKS Królewscy got a corner. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Patryk Ulmark ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fabian Arendarski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucjan Palzewicz in the 80th minute. In the 82nd minute, Edgar Scislowicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emil Malik was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. RKS Królewscy's Bulut Başoğlu was substituted for Lucjan Palzewicz. In the 92nd minute, Bulut Başoğlu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fabian Arendarski. The goal made the score 2-2. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
