FC MARKUS's Edward Slazak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Voicu in the 3rd minute of play. After 4 played minutes FC MARKUS got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Hatman. Edward Slazak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Voicu in the 5th minute of play. Edward Slazak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Voicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind VILLARREAL UNITED's goalkeeper Baraxil Sarrate, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC MARKUS were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after VILLARREAL UNITED's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pawel Sikola took the corner. 14 minutes into the match, Valentin Voicu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edward Slazak. FC MARKUS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valentin Voicu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a rather tough play, FC MARKUS's Daniel Hatman got a free kick in the 18th minute. Delmar Campello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valentin Voicu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Voicu got free with Edward Slazak in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of VILLARREAL UNITED booed when FC MARKUS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Fabiano de Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Valentin Voicu took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Edward Slazak to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentin Voicu in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edward Slazak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Baraxil Sarrate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Drugi in the 32nd minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Nofre Madariaga heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Valentin Voicu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edward Slazak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Voicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edward Slazak was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Valentin Voicu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Valentin Voicu really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valentin Voicu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. VILLARREAL UNITED's attentive Nofre Madariaga managed to snatch the ball when Lukasz Jaszyna made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. Edward Slazak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Voicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 61 minutes into the match, VILLARREAL UNITED's Valentin Voicu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edward Slazak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. VILLARREAL UNITED made a substitution. Jufran Van Landschoot replaced Zadornin Puig. Valentin Voicu took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edward Slazak. Edward Slazak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. VILLARREAL UNITED's Valentin Voicu got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC MARKUS's Edward Slazak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Voicu in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute Gandalf Head shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baraxil Sarrate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the FC MARKUS defense, Valentin Voicu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edward Slazak. The FC MARKUS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edward Slazak should have stopped the shot. VILLARREAL UNITED's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
