When Vicente Pernia came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Consejo del Mate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vicente Pernia couldn't finish the play. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şevket Çağa, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After 30 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Ferdinand. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ciro Ferdinand hit a great ball. Pankracy Glogowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cayetano Sagrario in the 34th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's goal looked a bit too open when Şevket Çağa came free, but Hugo Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Pankracy Glogowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Consejo del Mate's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cayetano Sagrario in the 42nd minute. The corner ended in Cayetano Sagrario almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski did a great save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xove Høj during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pankracy Glogowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bolo Bolaño went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bolo Bolaño made a kick off. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şevket Çağa in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute Bolo Bolaño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Kemen, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Fagildo Pamanes might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pankracy Glogowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fagildo Pamanes ran back to his position shaking his head. 62 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's Bolo Bolaño sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pankracy Glogowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fagildo Pamanes in the 67th minute of play. Eustaquio Jaizki took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hugo Orlando Gatti. Hugo Orlando Gatti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. With a little luck, Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti got control of the ball when Şevket Çağa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Kemen in the 73rd minute of play. Pankracy Glogowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Kemen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Pernia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pankracy Glogowski having to make a save. Consejo del Mate made a substitution. Peyo Fonelleda replaced Bolo Bolaño. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Berdoi in the 80th minute of play forced Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Kemen in the 82nd minute of play. Pankracy Glogowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fagildo Pamanes's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fagildo Pamanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Consejo del Mate had played much better football throughout.
