When Jeronimo Elizardo fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NECKER49's protests and gave Jeronimo Elizardo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th minute Francisco Jakobe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eneas Diez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximino Hitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eneas Diez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Fernado in the 30th minute of play. Maximino Hitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abelardo Felipo in the 31st minute. The audience was convinced that Francisco Jakobe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eneas Diez was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Maximino Hitz came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by De Boedo Vengo's Desiderio Ascencio. But to his dismay, Desiderio Ascencio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The audience was convinced that Francisco Jakobe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eneas Diez was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. The De Boedo Vengo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. NECKER49 were winning 1-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Jakobe made a kick off. Francisco Jakobes short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Eneas Diez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The corner ended in Sten Vallman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but De Boedo Vengo's Eneas Diez did a great save. Cipriano Aresti hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 56 minutes into the game, when Felix Asier put in a rough tackle. The supporters of NECKER49 booed when De Boedo Vengo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Asier didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 57 minutes, Basilio Hegoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NECKER49's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basilio Hegoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, De Boedo Vengo's Eneas Diez got control of the ball when Francisco Jakobe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ulises Cesario kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Francisco Jakobe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Eneas Diez made a huge save. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximino Hitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. NECKER49's Valentin Policarpio was substituted for Benjamin Fernado. De Boedo Vengo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cipriano Aresti in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, De Boedo Vengo's Desiderio Ascencio got a free kick in the 81st minute. Maximino Hitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Jenaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidoro Fagondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eneas Diez having to interfere. Eneas Diez came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by NECKER49's Astor Arias. But to his dismay, Astor Arias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. After having played for 91 minutes, Astor Arias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NECKER49's supporters crossed their fingers, but Astor Arias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maximino Hitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Jenaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. NECKER49 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
